Confidential Form

It is difficult and distressing to explain your personal experience of abuse to another person. No one wants to re-live the pain. However, education is the first step in the healing process. You deserve to know your options. Don't leave your control with your abuser. Learn your rights. Learn what you can do to protect yourself and prosecute your attacker. If you do not wish to speak to a representative directly, you have the option of sending your inquiry via email to Abuse Victim Hotline. You can do this on your own terms, without having to talk to someone directly about your experience. To learn more about your legal rights as a victim, fill out this confidential request to Abuse Victim Hotline.

Hours of Operation for Emails: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:00PM

If you send a request after business hours, a representative will respond at the start of the next business day. Hotline is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

For your safety, you should delete all correspondences to/from the Abuse Victim Hotline, Inc., delete www.avhotline.org from your Internet history, and any incoming/outgoing calls or text messages to/from the Abuse Victim Hotline, Inc. from your phone. Your correspondence with AVH does not constitute an attorney-client relationship, nor a therapist-client relationship. We urge you to seek a professional's help in your area. If you should need help finding one, we will be happy to help connect you with a resource in your community. All Abuse Victim Hotline volunteers have been trained to listen and assist you in your healing journey.
